This Privacy Policy dictates the collection, use, and safeguarding of data when you interact with WEEKSVIVID AI workflows and agents. We adhere to strict data minimization principles, collecting only the operational and account information strictly necessary to deploy, execute, and maintain the artificial intelligence services you have procured. This includes direct account identifiers, authentication logs, and the structured datasets explicitly uploaded or routed through our API endpoints by your organization for the sole purpose of task automation.

2. AI Workflow Data Processing

WEEKSVIVID AI operates by processing client-supplied datasets through large language models and logic-based algorithmic agents. We act exclusively as a data processor in this capacity. Any proprietary operational data fed into our workflows is temporarily held in secure, encrypted memory solely for the duration required to compute and return the target output. We do not use your proprietary business data or customer records to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve foundational AI models available to other clients.

CRITICAL LEGAL NOTICE

While we prioritize secure processing architecture, WEEKSVIVID AI provides automated workflow tools exclusively. It remains the purchasing client's sole legal responsibility to verify that the utilization of our AI agents, and the processing of any resulting output, complies with local laws, industry regulations, and your own privacy governance. AI-generated outputs must be validated by the client prior to deployment or distribution.

3. Data Security & Retention

All data in transit is secured using modern TLS cryptography, and data at rest is protected via AES-256 encryption. Our operational infrastructure mandates stringent access controls, restricting system access strictly to authorized engineering personnel on a least-privilege basis. We retain your operational data only for as long as your account is active, or as necessary to fulfill the documented purposes for which it was collected. Upon account termination, all uploaded datasets and generated configurations are permanently purged from our primary systems within 30 days.

Welcome to WEEKSVIVID. By accessing or using our AI workflows, agents, and related services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our services are provided to offer your business maximum operational flexibility while maintaining clear boundaries regarding liability and acceptable use.

Month-to-Month Subscription & Cancellation

All WEEKSVIVID AI agent services operate on a strict month-to-month subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted before the current month concludes. Cancellations take effect at the beginning of the following billing month, and no prorated refunds will be issued for partial usage.

LEGAL NOTICE

AI Validation Clause: WEEKSVIVID provides AI workflows and autonomous agents to assist with business tasks. It is the sole responsibility of the purchasing client to check, validate, and ensure that all AI-generated outputs and automated actions are working correctly, accurately, and strictly within legal business practices. WEEKSVIVID assumes no liability for errors, omissions, or compliance failures resulting from unverified AI operations.

General Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WEEKSVIVID and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services. Our solutions are tools designed to augment your capabilities, and final accountability for their deployment rests entirely with your organization.
